Josie works as a Veterinary Receptionist, supporting clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door. She completed an Animal Nursing Assistant course in 2018 and, with a background as a student veterinary nurse, brings understanding and compassion to every interaction while helping create a calm and welcoming experience in the practice. Outside of work, Josie enjoys country walks and spending time outdoors with her Rottweiler, Bruno.
