Non-appointment Surcharge
In order to improve our appointment system, a surcharge will be applied to all clients who attend without first making an appointment.
This has become necessary due to an increase in clients arriving without an appointment, expecting to be seen, many of which are not especially urgent.
This has a knock-on effect on those clients who have already made appointments which we feel is unfair.
We trust clients will understand this decision.
