Appointments
At AlphaPet, we operate on an appointment basis (except in cases of emergency). If your pet needs to be seen, please book an appointment at the surgery most convenient for you. Since we are fully computerised, your pet’s records will be available at any of the surgeries at all times.
If you have a genuine emergency, it is always wise to phone ahead and let us know you are on your way so that we can be prepared to treat your pet as soon as you arrive.
